We had a great stay at this property. Staff were very friendly. The pool and pool bar were great. Property was very clean and quiet. Parking was easy. We would stay here again!

Everything was very good. The only bad thing, in the cleaning, was a day cleaning and the other day no. They weren't very attentive to the detail of what you needed. One of the days the light went out in all areas, and they never apologized, and it was for more than an hour. In the other things it was excellent.

Upon arrival after driving 4hrs stuck in traffic, the hotel could not find my reservation. They said they were sold out so moved me to the hotel next door. Ended up in a way much smaller room than booked and paid for, not a suite at all (which I paid for) was put in a standard room. Bed was completely horrible, hard as a rock, pillows if that is what you want to call them were flat as paper. Room had a weird smell, not happy with being put in small standard room when I booked & paid for a king suite. Girl at front desk was rude when this was no fault of mine. Don't understand why my booking I prepaid was not able to found at the hotel I booked, even showed them receipt and they said yes they see my receipt in their system but no reservation... make it make sense. What was supposed to be a great weekend getaway to take my granddaughter to Disney was a horrible experience.
