2 large pools that are heated and felt so warm. Needed a second hot tub because the one there was small and always full. Breakfast and dinner options were great and not too expensive. There was always a bus ready to take us to universal studios. So yes, it was great! Rooms were a little lame with a view of parking lot. No working usb ports.

The rugs in the hallways are dirty and disgusting. My fridge wasn’t working so I called for maintenance. Waited 1 1/2 hours and they never came. Toilet wouldn’t flush and it smelled like a wet dog in the room. I asked for a refund and left. Never even stayed the night. Food at the Bayliner was gross too.

I wish the other pools were open and the hot tub wasn’t packed the whole time but other than that the place was fantastic. Clean fun and safe. Music playing by the pool and a lot of lifeguards to make sure everyone is safe.

Our room was a long walk from the main lobby where everything's at. Lots of road noise as oir room faced the highway.

Great Family / Budget Hotel for your Orlando visit
I love staying at the Cabana Bay when I’m visiting the Universal parks. Check is always easy and quick. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel has a bar, Starbucks, gift shop and quick serve diner in the lobby. You can get pasta, burgers, pizza and all kinds of grab and go items. I was able to book a shuttle to and from the airport and the free shuttles to the Universal parks were always running with friendly staff and drivers.

The pool and hot tub in our area was closed. Also the salad in the cafeteria had green leaves with a lot of sand left in them- improperly washed food.

Great location to Universal. Bus runs every 15 mins which is great. As this is a universal resort you get early access to the Island of Adventure.
