You pay for the view. It’s hard for me to argue the value for what you get. The view from the balcony is amazing. The pool was nice and clean too. The room was tolerable. It was “fairly” clean, but the carpets were badly stained, appliances and doors rusted. Kitchen has fridge, oven, and microwave, but absolutely NO cooking or dining supplies. So you will have to bring/buy your own. Ceiling looks like it has water damage. Room smelled strongly of mold, and stinky feet. I was there for two weeks, and had to try sprays, room deodorizers etc to cover up the awful smell. Every single night I stayed there, there was a car parked in a spot up near the front of the hotel. One night it was open and I parked there when I went in to get showered up. A younger black female employee scolded me for parking there and told me it’s not a spot. I was surprised but told her I would move it soon, as I was heading back out soon. Then, right after getting out of the shower, I got a phone call from the front desk, that if I didn’t move my car right away, they were going to tow it! I couldn’t believe it! There had been a car parked there every single night I had stayed there for 14 nights. I parked there for one hour, and was threatened to have my car towed! Very strange. Didn’t like that. That wasn’t the only time she acted rude towards me either. But, the rest of the staff seemed great. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but if you’re on a tight budget, you can’t beat th view
