Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Staff very friendly. Breakfast fantastic. Only the taste of the food deserves 5 stars. The parking lot is on the street, very small and does not guarantee a place for all vehicles. Hygiene could be better. An example is that during the few days spent in this hotel, no one came out to the terrace to change the full ashtray, etc

The property is a unique boutique hotel converted from an old magnificent mansion located in the upper town of Patra, close to some very interesting Roman excavations and within easy walking distance anywhere in the center. The feel Is that of a classic old hotel. The rooms are spacious. The staff is excellent and were attentive. There is a wonderful restaurant bar area in the old courtyard behind the building which was quiet and provided a welcome respite in the evening and a wonderful breakfast in the Morning.

This hotel is LUSH! Everything is newly renovated and the service is consistently high quality from start to finish… the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms are luxurious and the food is cooked to PERFECTION!
