Well appointed unit, our unit is on the ground floor with the footpath outside the windows, so people were stopping look in the windows, the TV or us sitting at the table so we had to keep the Curtains drawn retracted from the view

Cheek in at 3pm, but we waited about 40 minutes to get the Kays. parking spaces were limited and I had to pay extra 10 dollars for one night. Very poor service.😫

Unfortunately not all free parking at hotel. If you arrive there late or return late every chance you would have to pay for parking. Not acceptable as hotel not in centre of town and plenty of open space Hotel itself very nice

You need a hire car but parking is very limited. There is a paid parking place but if you do not have data on your phone ypu cannot download the app and pay. We had to ask the hotel for assistance but as reception is not manned we could not do this until the morning resulting in a fine. There has to be a better way or more parking available given the diatance from Wanaka. Otherwise was clean and mostly quiet
