We only stayed for a short visit, and we didn't arrive until very late (in fact, early the next morning) as our flight was delayed by some time. When we arrived I requested a later check out as we were not going to get a lot of time to just sleep, however this was declined by the hotel front counter staff. This was very disappointing to us as we wer told to get out before 11 am

Stayed here for a quick sleepover before flying out the next morning. Easy enough to get to from the airport and the lady who assisted us check in (late at night) was lovely and helpful. Room was quirky and the kids loved the bunk bed. Nice touch having a puzzle for kids where the answers acted as the combination to a padlock on a treasure chest in the room which had free goodies inside. We managed to crack it before we left at 6am ;) Would love to come back and stay for longer as water park and facilities looked very cool.

Everything’s good so far except for our room that’s different from what we originally booked, but they’re able to accommodate it. We just had to wait for it to be ready. We didn’t get a chance to try their waterpark. Hopefully next time when we go back again. Thanks!
