Room is spacious
The room is spacious, nothing can complain. The only thing is the hotel is a bit old, if someone looking for a new built, it must not your choice
When i arrived to the hotel in my car on sat 2pm, i told the hotel valet malay man that i need to do valet as the hotel carpark is full. He ignored my comments and told me to drive out and get into the carpark. However he allows a porsche car to park. When my family check out, my wife had the luggage bag and was waiting with my kids. I drove up to the lobby, and the same malay doorman ignored my wife and did not bothered to even asked if any assistance is required. It was a good staycation but destroyed by one bad attitude staff.
Loved the hotel, it’s halal buffet breakfast and they accommodated us in interconnected rooms as per our request. I will definitely come back to this same hotel whenever I visit Singapore again.

Unfortunately, after many stays at this Hyatt, they let me down. The hotel was under construction, and as a result their AC was not working well in the lobby and main restaurant. Singapore is HOT, not working AC is a problem.
