Aircon outlet blows cold air directly on your face. You wont get much sleep in this hotel unless you like cold air in your face blowing all night.

Comfortable hotel close to everything

Hotel is in a good location, close to a variety of eating options. Not too far away from train station and bus stops. Reception is ultra modern, room was a little outdated, shower and toilet awkward to use.

The hotel rooms have maintenance issues. Rotting wood around the showers - for example. My light switches sounded like they had an electrical short behind them (fizzling noise). In addition - there are a number of dubious billing practises (eg. they tried to charge me $8 just to book a taxi - I have never seen that before in a hotel - I am always happy to tip the doorman).

Reasonable hotel in a great position

The room was comfortable but not terribly clean. Breakfast was average. Very nice pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Horrible hotel. Filthy and poorly maintained.

This was the worst 'hotel' I have ever stayed in - more like a backpackers. The rooms were filthy and most were drunk late night guests. The breakfast was given to us as staff understood prefectly why we were disappointed with this "4.5 star hotel". These were the only two redeeming factors.. staff and food were decent. But would never, evet? return. Shame because the room concept was cool, especially for a group of 3 like us but it was just so disgustingly dirty - old stained mattress, mould throughout the entire bathroom (which you see because they don't use fitted sheets (??), children's scribbles on the wall (?!?), dirt buildup everywhere.

hotel far from MRT

Sold by Wotif ( secret price )as a 4,5 star hotel but looks more like a 3,5 stars . room is small ( average size in Singapore ) but confortable for a couple of days . But if you are overweight or have difficulties to move avoid this hotel . In conclusion : nice hotel for young people who like clubbing ( lots of bar and restaurants / Clarke quay ) and swimming ( nice swimming pool)
