Truly awful experience from the start. Communication with reservation “specialist” was a complete disconnect. Food was terrible and outrageously priced. Servers and staff were not helpful and most were just plain rude. If there were other places with availability we would have left after the first day

Beautiful property and rooms. They offer late check out. Everyone that works there was very nice. The room is huge. I’ve stayed a lot of places in St. Pete and this is my favorite.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family and a small dog. First night was cold and called front desk for extra blankets for my kids. The next day no one cleaned our room so I asked front desk to please send housekeeping to sweep and mop and take out the trash and dirty towels. I also told them please send some extra blankets for my kids but never got blankets again. Someone came just to take out trash but didn’t clean the room. On top of that, the cleaning lady didn’t dispose the trash and was left in front of our door untill the next day. Our 2nd day no one cleaned our room again. Check out time, the guy asked me how my stay was I just said ok. And he replied just ok not great but didn’t ask me why? I don’t think they mop the floors in the rooms because my kids socks were so dirty from the floor. I won’t be coming back here.
