Disappointing that the airport shuttle did not operate at the times I needed it. However, the staff were fabulous, and enabled an early check-in. Great room - very comfortable.

What I liked most: The bed was the best and most comfortable. The sheets were very clean and well made. What I didn't like: There is no porter services. I was made to carry my 2 heavy bags on my own. There were no potter services to help me to my room.
