Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They don’t noise complaints seriously. There was a very intoxicated room next to me who were in the halls screaming until 3am.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. It was a little challenging to get to the hotel due to construction but the staff were great and directed us to the underground parking.

Was woken up in the middle of our first night by the smoke detector battery going off. We tried multiple times to get the air to run and wouldn’t work properly, called while we were going out for the day to have them fix and still didn’t work properly when returned. Called down and they had sent up maintenance and he got it working, but didn’t continue to work through the night.
