Convenient Apartments, perfect for a weekend Stay

Booked two studios for us and friends on a catch up weekend. Apartments were clean, access easy and communication from management freindly. Beds comfy and rooms clean. Pub 'Seymours' on the corner just up from apartments was about as far as we ventured after a lakeside concert, for a late dinner, and then again for breakfast. City centre a short stroll away. Would definately stay again without hesitation.

A great place to stay.

Close to the railway station and cbd. Quiet, safe, homely. We had noisy guests on the first night and that was painful but they left by the second night and we had a great sleep in beautiful surroundings. Will stay in the apartments whenever we need to be in Ballarat.

Comfortable compact and central

Pros: Good to be in a real house, beautiful colour scheme, art on the walls, books and DVDs to borrow in the corridor
Cons: Needs a bigger toaster, also need dinner plates, and an armchair or two
Location: Quiet location, among houses & gardens, yet rail station is one minute's walk away, Ballarat Art Gallery 2minute's walk,also cafes and a pub
We stayed one night, were able to come in early in the afternoon

The bed was way TOOO Hard.

Pros: Closeness to Gallery and very central
Cons: The yes above would depend on whether it was a softer bed. or the choice of if available as I believe this to be a two bedroom apartment, may be

Nice place to stay, close to train station.

Pros: Well priced. Loved the period features.
Location: Walking distance to Art Gallery, shops, restaurants, bus stop.
Comfortable place to stay. We arrived by train, and it was a short walk to accomodation. Very convenient.

Great find

Pros: Spotlessly clean, comfortable and roomy, modest but tastefully decorated, fantastic corner spa and a great price.
Cons: I couldn't fault this room, I would stay there again.
Location: Fantastic location, very central to the art gallery, cinema, lake and town.

Central to tourist spots - comfy and clean

Everything for a short stay is there kitchenette, dining table abd chairs, bathroom , tv, clean bed, no wifi though.

The Hidden Jewel In Ballarat's Crown

Pros: Absolutely everything.
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Location: It is perfect. A close walk to restaurants, gallery,shops and the theatre. Even the train station was close.
We were thrilled with this beautiful suite. There was ample room and facilities to boot. The cleanliness was outstanding. The spa was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette has the facilities to cook a roast. We will be back and recommend this accommodation to everyone. The closeness to the hub of Ballarat was wonderful. We parked and walked everywhere. Thank you
