They do not have ac even though it says they have ac in the amenities. They will not offer a fan. There is no customer service and they nickle and dime you on everything. The area is lound and shady. We got zero sleep while there. They are a 25 minutes walk from city center and not the safest area to walk or take the train. Really disappointed in our stay there. Not customer friendly at all.

Thon Hotel Eu is a wonderful hotel. The experience was great. The property is 3 seconds from metro, Marlbeek station, three stops from Grand Place. It is also 10 minutes walking from Coloseum. The hotel is eco friendly. athey gave me three vouchers of 5 for not require room service. Breakfast is outstanding, a little bit expensive but I used the vouchers. Rooms are big and very comfortable. I could not select a better stay for my Brussels’ vacation.

We had a great stay here, unfortunately the menu in the restaurant only offered a few options and the food was not great and very overpriced. Not very happy with this part of my stay 👎here but overall we had a great time here

The hotel is close to the EU institutions. There is a metro station right outside making it easy to reach commute. Not that many dining options around. The hotel has a parking for a fee. The amenities are in good condition and the staff is very professional and helpful.
