Reception staff were loverly and polite. Room was stocked with everything you required. bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. balcony for our room was at the back so was drab and not really inviting. Room was on 2nd floor so had to carry suitcases up. had dinner in restaurant. Food was very nice and not over priced. waitress was young and wasn't very engaging but got the job done. I had left some dresses in the wardrobe so I was very lucky that they were spotted by cleaning staff, we got a phone call and we were able to go back before we left Coffs.

The people there are very nice and welcoming and tried to attend to all your needs. but the room itself was very very poor and parking is atrocious.

We liked the view from our room. It looked out over the tropical surrounds which made us feel like we were miles away from the highway. The property was quiet despite its location. The staff that greeted us on arrival were friendly and we discovered we had received a free upgrade upon checkin. The room was large, with lovely garden views. But the motel is showing its age, fixtures are all a little dated. It’s just out of the city centre but a short 5-10 minute drive has you at all the tourist attractions and shopping centres or the beach. The room was great for our one night in Coffs.
