Very disappointed a red vehicle parked next to mine swiped the back drivers side with his door but didn’t alert me or motel of event. I would like to locate the owner. Hope motel will screen the outer tv for me

Hi Gwen, you come in to reception before you departed and asked for another guests details which we could not provide due to privacy laws. Please know that we have looked into this matter and no red mark was on the vehicle of the morning of Tuesday 23rd August at approx 11:15am on our security cameras. A faultless stay. So many little extras that you don’t expect from a hotel but makes it that really goes the extra mile. Loved having a Nespresso machine to make coffee just included with the room. Would definitely stay again if passing through Euston :)
