The internal of the unit was to our satisfaction, very neat, clean and were very happy with its accommodation. What was a very real issue to us was that our request for a ground floor unit was not looked at until we arrived to check in. This was very important as my wife has to use a walker or crutches to get around. The unit we were given was on the first floor with the only access via a stairway. This created a situation that could have been very dangerous for my wife. The motel was fully booked and because of our later arrival (8pm) we had no alternative other than negotiating the stairway to our unit. Thankfully we did not have any mishaps going up or down the stairs. But what it did do was to create physical issues with my wife's limbs with significant pain issues for the remainder of our journey over the next 4 days. All of this could have been avoided if the motel staff had looked at our booking when it was received.

We have been in 2 other motels along with this one in the last 5 days.. The price was unbelievable for what we paid.. This was so much cheaper..bigger and well..good value for money.. Definitely will stay there again..
