The room was basic, but updated, suited our needs, clean comfortable, and well priced. Would be good if they had the option to deliver meals to our room, we ordered and waited at the bar for takeaway meal, but they didn't supply Cutlery in the bag so we had to walk back, with our food getting cold in he meantime. But we couldn't fault our room. It was surprisingly quite too for a pub on a Saturday night, I thought I would hear everything so that was a bonus..

Again, I really enjoyed my 3 night break-stay at the Mont again. Stoked about the kitchen’s food (thanks Cheffi), the REALLY friendly and warm service, the phenomenal cleaners (shout out to Katrina and Cheryle for being so amazingly thorough and thoughtful!) and the great bar and bistro staff all working as a team. (Thanks to Sammy for a great check in). They actually all really care about the rooms and guests which is great. The only thing I would mention is that there maybe needs to be a laminated sign or something permanently stuck on the accomodation exit door that reads “Please do not slam the door, especially between 10pm-8am” as a few inconsiderate guests keep slamming the door to the outside without considering any others that may be asleep. It has affected others as reflected upon in reviews. (We are talking 5:30am, 6 o’clock in the morning; I am already up and awake however many aren’t). It happened a lot in my other stay too last month with people slamming the door at 3am and I didn’t sleep properly for 2 of nights. Overall - a fantastic time again and love how you can even buy milk at the bottle shop! Thanks so much guys - I’ll be back with bells on ✨🙏
