I needed a last minute place to stay when my travel plans changed on a Friday night. 24Hr reception was important. Service was friendly. Room was big. Bathroom very big! The rooms are a cross between a hotel room and an apartment with a more extensive selection of utensils and basic cooking facilities. The room was starting to look a little tired but still completely functional.

Great accommodation centrally located to the Launceston CBD where the employees were kind , courteous and of the utmost very professional in the execution of their duties to the customers. Certainly I found the level of service to be of a very high standard and enjoyed my stay immensely.

Team was helpful. Room was good. Location was easy. Appreciated the option to not have the room cleaned daily and get a little bonus. Would be good to have a microwave, and a couple more pieces of crockery. Not having the restaurant (or at least a few room service options) available on weekends wasn't ideal.
