Hotel nice looking how ever beds hard, pillows lumpy and very soft corridors smelt of cat urine really bad then 3rd day got better No food available other than collect from reception and not great in flavour and eating in the room shocking Breakfast is poor, mini hot dog sausage and no bacon as Muslim operated which is fine but I’m not Muslim and I wasn’t aware of these limitations which I do respect but as a travelling work man I’d like a real English breakfast please, if it’s an issue of pork them employ an English chef as I would not want to offend anyone but you have to be fair . I won’t use this hotel again if I’m Croydon not a chance not matter how nice it looks as the rest poor Christmas card, looks good but nowt in side.

A good place to stay for business trip
I stayed here on a business trip where I needed access to both central London and Sussex. It has a carpark which was essential for me on this trip. It's close enough to Croydon to use the public transport there, which is a big positive. The rooms were clean and fairly new, spacious and warm. Very good bathroom facilities. Reception was helpful with our questions and any minor things we needed changing (thank you, Martina). Breakfast buffet was basic but hot, even towards the end of the breakfast time, and was good to get us ready in the morning.
