Absolutely worst service. Alex treated us like very very badly. Was rude and typical LA attitude. Asked for a couple of bottles of water and made to feel worthless like he was doing us a favor. Room was very dirty but is convenient. Oh and forgot to mention. Constant demonstrations downstairs so forget about trying to sleep past 730.

Wonderful service from the staff - everyone very helpful. The only reasons for three instead of four or five stars are 1) very noisy. At lunch time a jack hammer was resonating throughout the entire building very loudly 2) chairs in the bar area were stained and dirty 3) drinking glasses in the breakfast room were not cleaned well.
