property was close to everything, a little dated, needs some work, asked for some kitchen items to be supplied as per the info folder but They were forgotten, so had to buy some for ourselves, generally place was OK

Lovely water park for the kids - unfortunately we had to stay in upper level accomodation with a baby so hauling prams etc up stairs. The room isn’t modern but clean and fine. We had no working hot water which made it extremely tricky with a baby - told reception and they don’t seem to care or make amends at all (short haired blonde woman on reception).
