Best hotel in NYC is the Margaritaville Hotel
Had an amazing stay! The hotel and rooms were absolutely beautiful and our view from the 28th floor was spectacular! The security guards that welcome you were wonderful, so friendly and so helpful. All the hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful and helpful as well. We definitely recommend this hotel! 20 out of 10! We truly made the best choice for our stay. Thank you Margaritaville Hotel!

I am not usually one to complain about anything… ever the optimist BUT I don’t think I have ever stayed in a smaller hotel room. We requested 2 queens but got 1 queen. When I told the lady at check-in she said, “oh, we can give you some extra blankets and pillows.” Not only did I not understand how blankets and pillows were compensation for another bed BUT we didn’t get the blankets and pillows! There was no soap for us to use in the soap dish. AND on check out day we left for breakfast and a tour of the Museum of Modern Art When we got back PRIOR TO CHECK-OUT we could not get in our door with the key card??!!! So there we were in the hall waiting for staff to let us in our room to get our luggage. This trip was my daughters 18 yr birthday present. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!!

This property has it all. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Restaurants and rooftop bar were great. Train stations close by.

A great place to stay. Rooms are tiny. No chair in smallest. Bench under table. Great view.

Could use a few more ice machines ! Haha. Staff was Awesome. Shout out to Douglas in Margaritaville!! Loved his amazing engaging personalality and awesome service. Definitely want yo return soon. Thanks for a great experience!!
