We liked that our accommodation was spacious, although not totally practical given that we were staying for a week. Some bedside tables with drawers would have been nice. The lighting needed improving, especially the bedside lamps .

Only stayed one night but was fantastic close to every where we needed to go train station really close and lots of shops close by staff were very helpful

Shower bath wasn't clean, had mould, air-conditioning need replacing, old and outdated and struggled to cool room

Really liked the option with housekeeping. Room was well stocked & plenty of towels provided. We were there for 10 days so was nice not having to vacate room in time for housekeeping each day, so we started our days relaxed. The 2 times the room was serviced, were excellent.

Loved staying at the Oaks. Great facilities and close to Malls and river. Free bus transport right outside the building. Loved the toiletries as well.

Everything was great, except the position of the air conditioning unit, so close to the bed. It had to be on but blew across the bed all night. Husband has a head cold now due to this happening.
