Outstanding!
The renovations are beautiful, and the service was outstanding. We had an issue with the TV not working, and management came in, fixed the issue and offered us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. While getting the TV fixed, the manager told us his parents owned the hotel, and the business is highly appreciated because there were so many options in SF. I will always go back, and support small business!

This Hotel is a gem! Such a nice, cozy vibe going on inside and the staff is some of the sweetest people ever, they were so attentive and personable. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfy and the wifi was fast. The lighting was a bit low & I think one was out but I didn't mind. Only downside is the area, gross and scary. I'd still stay again anyway, because the service & vibe was that good !
