Hotel & room was clean, and gentleman at front desk was very nice. Rooms were a bit smaller than the old college dorm room (nothing like their pictures). The first room we were given had a broken radiator heater, and it was HOT (my wife burned her hand on it), and it couldn't be turned down. It's worth noting that we received no reaction when we told them my wife burned her hand...they just didn't care. We waited 45-minutes for "the maintenance guy", who came up, examined it, and said "you'll have to wait for maintenance tomorrow. We asked for a different room, and were told there's only one more available room in our class, so we took it. This room had a radiator heater that was so noisy all night we couldn't sleep (popping & vibrating), we finally turned it off.
