There were only 2 quite flat pillows on my king sized bed. Nowhere near big enough or enough of them. If there were 2 people sharing that bed it would have been worse. No spare pillows or blankets in the room. I used the only 2 pillows available plus a folded towel and woke with a sore neck.

The duty manager was rude and abrupt when asked for tea bags and milk. My wife and I had travelled 700 k's to get here for a good nights sleep prior to attending my daughters wedding.My wife asked if she could have a drinks glass for me when purchased soft drink on the premises, she was told no we don't supply glasses for guests, not a good rapport from the manager on duty. We will never book at IBIS again in future, As a paying guest its unfortunate that staff at IBIS lack customer relations skills to represent the motel chain.

Very comfortable bed and in a quiet location. I had a beautiful sleep. The only complaint would be that there wasn’t enough coffee for us in our room. The staff were very friendly and helped us when we required it.
