Seemingly good value. Definitely a 3 star hotel and no more, clean and nice size room, comfortable bed but it is tired, clearly needs some TLC in a few areas. Nice area of town, easy to walk to and from.

Most of the staff were warming and welcoming the location is wonderful but i dont think i would stay again the room was run down the carpets were worn the kitchenette was damaged doors would not even close wardrobes were damaged doors not closing difficult access to room stairs were very narrow and not even full hand rail diffrent parts of the room had water damage not a great experience for the price charged for the stay they need a renovation to their rooms not worth the money

Bathroom a bit dated, carpet seem better days but it was a single night between airport and cruise ship at a bargain price in an awesome location. Staff were super efficient and helpful.

The location is perfect for seeing the sights of Sydney Harbour. The view from our balcony room was amazing, the opera house , watching the ferries in Circular quay and the cruise ships in the passenger terminal! The staff at the hotel were excellent very helpful and accommodating . The room was fine, but a little tired, but good value.
