Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, this didn’t interrupt our stay. Room was beautiful, spacious and clean with all mod cons.

Our room was newly refurbished, clean and well positioned (corner on the 7th floor). The fixings were unfinished (eg no door handle on the bedroom door), and as warned, there was construction noise. We would return as the room was excellent for a family of 5.

We were disappointed to learn that most of the hotel was closed down for renovations which I was not made aware of when booking, very disappointing considering the cost of the accommodation.

Check in was poor due the the staff member flirting with a guest. While the rooms have been recently renevated some things have still not been finished properly in the room and the pillows are horrible.
