Manager engaged with not emapathetic or receptive to concerns and fobbed off. Room not cleaned properly - found easter eggs wrappers beside bed on floor upon initial entry and still there three days later along with dead millipedes during three day stay despite hanging sign to make up room.

The property was neat clean and tidy with a short walk to the beach. Not sure why they had to take a bond considering that the room was already paid for otherwise a pleasant stay
