HORRIBLE TREATMENT!!!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!
I lived in this area for many years in the past so I booked this hotel. Mostly I had a nice experience, and the guy at Concierge, Vivek was very nice.
However, the maid in this hotel was dreadful.
I normally put "do not disturb" sign and occasionally ask for cleaning. The particular maid, who seemed to be a Vietnamese, walked into my room, extremely loud, talking to a few others on the phone extremely loud, as if I do not exist, and she was making huge sound in the bathroom dropping stuff all over - basically this maid had no manner, and acted extremely rough, bossing around.
There was a lot of dust on the floor, so the brushing was absolutely necessary, but she put liquid chemical all over the floor extremely roughly (my suitcase was open, and she didn't care), basically the dust and the chemical was mixed and it was filthy, and disgusting.
And the way she talked to me was extremely rude so I bursted out and asked her to leave the room finally. I've had a lot of maids at many hotels as I travel, but never encountered such a rude, filthy person.
What's outrageous is that I get a phone call from the concierge that I cannot come back to this hotel because I treated her badly? How rude & unfair this hotel is to treat the customer this way? First before they confront the customer, they should know who they are hiring.
The floor is still filthy, and my slipper is now sticky. This unfair treatment infuriates me. NEVER COMING BACK.
