Outrageous that a A$200 cash security deposit/credit card 45 day clearance is required by management before check in

Dear Guest, We apologize for the inconvenience during your last stay with us. Regarding the Credit card clearance, our bank only holds the amount for 14 days, however, some of the foreign banks may release or re-credit the amount around 45 days. Therefore we are informing our guest that it may take time. None the less, Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
