STUDIO APARTMENT WAS SMALL HAD A BAD SMELL. NO INTERNET TV. THE ROOM HAD A VEIW TO A BRICK WALL NOT LIKE THE PICTURES THIS WAS AFTER ASKING FOR A UP-GRADE. NO PARKING CLOSE TO BUILDING AT PEAK TIMES. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THANK GOD A BOTTL-O WAS LOCATED NEXT DOOR. THIS WILL WORK FOR SOME PEOPLE BUT NOT FOR ME.

Took a drink from the glass in my room and it was dirty with coffee still on it. My shower head was broken and squirting water everywhere, thankfully I was able to fix it. I was told I could have a late checkout at 11am but still had housekeeping knocking on my door early.

What an amazing little gem in the Valley. The rooms are very spacious, staff are just so courteous and location is an easy stroll to shops, restaurants and eateries. Very quiet and clean and just so relaxing and peaceful. I will come back again.

Excellent dog facilities-fresh water, snacks, fresh water, dog bowl and feeding mat, dog poo bags and a comfy dog bed and a dog ball. He loved it!!šŸ¾šŸ¾. We loved this and our bed was so comfortable and our pillows were sublime!! Thank you!! We will be back!!
