The shower head kept falling down, Taps needed new washers desperately and we had to walk to reception to ask for wine glasses - a small inconvenience but annoying when it’s around 8.30pm at night and you want to stay in. The worst was the extreme deodorising smell in there - it was strong even after 2 days! The best? I loved the location, 1 min walk to very good pub with excellent scallops and lovely steak, woolies across the road, about 7 mins drive to Geelongs waterfront.

It was convenient to stay there as we travelled on the Spirit of Tasmania & back.it was easy to get to the boat & the pub next door was convenient for meals
