Hi Siobhan, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad you found the bed comfortable. Our caretaker lives on site and is available to help guests if they have any issues while here and would have definitely helped you with the heating had they known about it. My apologies for the upstairs room, we weren't aware of ground floor requirements you had. Thanks
