I came here for a one week business trip and was very disappointed by the lounge area. However they gave me access to the executive lounge on the top floor and a very nice room. Eduardo at reception was very helpful. The hotel is well located for Brickell and close to Mary Brickell village. There's a bit of noise from the nearby train station though. The food was good and a special mention for the service of Jewel!

Is a hotel that charge for everthing, and the worst part that dont clean your room they just clean when you ask for service and isnt supose that every supuse to come with service. What a mediocre hotel, isnt worth by the price you pay
