Customer service need some help
The resort is beautiful and there is a lot to do - pools, golf, tennis, food, lazy river. The distance from the back of the resort to the entrance is a long way and can hinder travel. An Uber driver did not want to drive for the back part. The most annoying thing is that the entry keys kept not working and to travel back to the front building is inconvenient. The staff was not able to figure it out .
