My impression of Endless Summer started out poorly. Upon check in, I requested a quiet room. The front desk staff said, "we don't do quiet." I have never had this type of response from a hotel.
I clarified with her... "so, if a bunch of kids are running and screaming around the hallways at 3am, that's okay?" She said no, of course not.
In fact I found my room on the 4th floor quiet, and there was no undo noise from surrounding guests, despite a large amount of kids and school groups at this hotel.
The food court had some options, which were okay. The soup was amazing!
My room was clean and comfortable enough, although not warm or inviting. There was very drying soap, shampoo and conditioner, a coffee maker, and fridge.
Transport to the Universal parks came often, was comfortable and convenient.
I may stay here again if price were a factor. It was just OK, nothing outstanding other than the soup and park transportation.
