Location was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious with great amenities. This would have been the ideal stay if only the curtains were cleaned of all the dust and the bed had a new mattress. I’ve never seen so much dust on curtains and the 2 x single mattresses on the king bed were very old and uncomfortable.

Great location but had poor quality reception for the TV, the hallway had a horrible smell, and the blinds did not block out the sunlight in the bedroom. The couch was also very uncomfortable.

1. The plate and pot in the room are in very bad condition and I do not view that the pots meet any safe and sanitary standard (Photo attached) as a result we are unable to cook the food we bought from the supermarket and end of dining out. 2. On the last day of our stay, when I ironed my dress, the worst thing happened, the iron board is in very poor condition and it left obvious grid mark on the the dress and the dress is damaged. 3. When we checked out, I showed the marks on the dress to the reception lady and raised our concerns on the damaged dress and poor cooking ware. I even emailed to the hotel for the issues, but after two weeks now, no reply at all.
