The Staff were welcoming and supportive to am older technophobe such as myself. I found the total reliance upon technology a tad off-putting initially but I did become accustomed to the operation of the Lift System. Learning to connect to and operate the Internet and the Television systems were a trial until the advent of my Nephew. The Stove ,(which we did NOT use) was in need of cleaning. A couple of the bins had not been emptied and there was no.jug, carafe, or other vessels in which to store water on the! Refrigerator. But it was spacious, clean, comfortable and had magnificent views. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. M. A.
