no toaster. no microwave. no plates. pool was damaged by storm. wish that was noted on the website as our rugby boys needed to cool down their mussels after the weekend comp.

Hi Linda, Thank you for leaving us some feedback on your recent stay. We appreciate your frustrations with the pool being closed for safety after terrible damage from a recent wild hail storm. Unfortunately our motel rooms are not suited for and do not contain cooking facilities, microwaves etc but we do have cabins with these facilities for your future visits to town, just call us at the Hotel and we can certainly do our best to get you into a room that accommodates your requirements. We do hope you come and stay with us again next time your in Biloela! Thanks, Management.

Loved our stay. Just some small issues.... a full length mirror in the bedroom/s behind the door would be great and also a television in the main bedroom. The "lounge chair" has seen better days also. Maybe time for an upgrade. The meals in the restaurant were fantastic and the wait staff were all friendly.
