Very peaceful, and friendly atmosphere, seeing the cows, alpaccas and ponies was a bonus and plenty of birdlife and sounds of the creek. Made good use of the firepit near what looks like a cinderella carriage. There were nice little touches here and there. Didn't want to leave. Only down side which has nothing to do with the property, if you are wanting phone reception you need to be with telstra.
