it was a nice motel, the room was okay but the price paid understandable. the staff were friendly and answered any questions. the location even being on the main road was quiet.

OK for an overnighter. Road noise and leaking toilet were drawbacks. Host was welcoming.

Location was excellent with lovely view through the few trees to ocean. Motel manager very helpful and friendly. Although complex was old it had most facilitites and was confortable. Would stay there again.

Thank you for your review ,i have to agree with you on that,i have not long taken over the ownership and i am doing renovations ,some of the rooms have already been upgraded .over the course of this year all of the rooms will be refurbished. Barry

Avocado Motor In. Enjoying ones Stay.

Pros: They were very Prompt and nothing was too hard for them. Just a great place to chill and go about my business.
Cons: I am happy the way it is.
Location: I was mainly up here to see loved ones and business.
Avocado Motor Inn was an enjoyable time which I very much appreciated. Hospitality was great and cleaning ness very good l would recommend this place to anyone as l will endeavour to return again at a later Date

Too small for three.

Pros: Clean and tidy.
Cons: Soundproofing. Space.
Location: Not far from shops.
Very clean room, though architecturally somewhat dated. Too small for three adults. Lot of truck noise every couple of minutes up to midnight.

Everything we needed for overnight stay

Pros: Reception was friendly Room ok for over night stay
Cons: Rooms could use a makeover.
Location: We were travelling through so no site seeing for us
The room was everything we needed for the night. Travelling through and needed a good sleep and shower. Ruth - The manager was great, very friendly.
