At most an average place with limited amenities. The spa didn’t work and the pool was cold. But the facility was on the beach. No real breakfast food provided. The room was small but the bathroom was modern. Not real close to any walkable services. Parking was a bit limited. Probably okay for the right price but certainly not at an upscale facility price.

Put the Do not disturb sign up both days and both days they knock and try and come in. Other than that the shower was not ceiled so water everywhere when you shower. Other than those two things overall very nice stay.

Priced very reasonably. Comfortable beds and bedding. Wine and cheese FRI & SAT 5-7 pm. Morning continental bfast very limited but unique hot drink machine includes chai tea, latte and hot chocolate. Pleasant front desk staff. Free parking on property and overflow parking across the street. Lovely pool (unheated) and hot tub area with beach access. LOVED Japanese feel to decor fits Lotus boutique name. Would stay again if warmer weather.
