We arrived at 10:30pm to be told we couldn’t get a drink from the bar which is advertised to stay open until 11pm, the staff member didn’t offer us any alternative and was not friendly. The next morning for breakfast we arrived, no one greeted us so we found a table, as other people came they were serving themselves, we were very disappointed in the food, the eggs were over cooked, there were no fresh coffee cups and when my husband asked for one the staff member was annoyed and asked us for our room numbers to check us in for breakfast, however didn’t proceed to ask anyone else which made us feel like we inconvenienced her. They weren’t overly friendly and the customer experience was low.

Great front desk staff and efficient bar staff (ordering food for room and for restaurant )
Room was freezing - great air-con but way too low in advance. Room as expected with adequate facilities. Some ring marks on surfaces suggested cursory cleaning only, but overall fresh and pleasant.
