Would not stay again. Service was terrible. It took 3 hours and several trips to the front desk to get extra pillows because the king bed only had 2 small pillows. Check in was slow and the front desk staff was rude. There are 2 elevators for the entire property which are slow as well.

We enjoyed the food at the restaurant, nice people clean place , nice chatting with the staff especially with la chapina, we highly recommend the hotel , with all are friends and family!

All basics are there. Breakfast is expensive if you have picky eaters as it is per person. The bathroom sink is not designed well and is right in front of toilet, so you cannot stand comfortably. Otherwise very comfortable, clean sheets, good location from beach perspective, access to free trolley from city
