Quite honestly the worst accommodation I've ever stayed at. The toilet didn't work. The door didnt lock and i had to pile up furniture against the door to sleep. TV ddint work. Dirty and smelled bad. Just Terrible

This has to be the worst place to stay ever! A group of my friends and I, booked 2 rooms for the night for new years. The new rooms were filthy. Mould on the corner of the ceiling, dust and more mould on the heat pump, can see more unknown spillage on the table leg that looked like it had been there for a while. There was no bath towels in our rooms. Had to ask for them. To top it off our room got broken into by the people who may or may not live there and had stole our car keys and many valuable things but some how they did not steal our cars. The service of the investigation seemed very good yet the effort of calling the police and dealing with the people who live at the hotel (may I say didn’t mention in their website about the hotel also being an emergency housing place as well) was very poorly concerning as to they didn’t seem to be bothered. Though I believe that’s all they could have done. I was not the only one that had their stuff stolen that night. But I can certainly say things have been stolen a lot based off the people who have lived there. I can’t seem to see why anyone would want to stay over at a place like that with no security and there was no slide bolt on the sliding door which is real easy to break in, along with really bad quality cameras. Anyone wanting to stay there PLEASE BE AWARE!!! It is not safe at all in my opinion. I mean things happen, out of anyone’s control, yet my main issue is that I don’t recommend this place is safe at all. I’m sorry

The location was great, we had to travel to Kingseat daily and the proximity to the on ramp to the southern motor way. Saved us alot of travel time.
